N.B.: i miei interventi non vogliono insegnare ai colleghi nulla ma piuttosto richiedere il loro contributo per arricchire e migliorare la nostra professione!!! Sono ben accetti interventi costruttivi….

Quando riceviamo un paziente bisognerebbe presentarsi comunicando il proprio nome e la professione.
Per chi non conosce l’Osteopatia bisognerebbe specificare che non siamo ne medici ne fisioterapisti e chiarire di cosa ci occupiamo affinché il paziente possa avere un quadro più chiaro di cosa faremo insieme.
Il lavoro dell’Osteopata dovrebbe essere in equipe supportati e a volte consigliati da personale Medico al fine di garantire la sicurezza del paziente.

Questi primi dati ci permetteranno già di fare ipotesi sulle strategie da adottare per il trattamento successivo. Capiremo ad esempio se il paziente ha uno stile sedentario o viceversa e molte altre deduzioni.
Nel prossimo post approfondirò il secondo degli elementi necessari alla Diagnosi Osteopatica. “Anamnesi personale e familiare”.

OSTEOPATHIC DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

A few years ago my friend Neurosurgeon Dr. Edvin Zekaj told me: “Every therapist should first not try to harm the patient and then try to help him solve his problem”.
I am convinced that every therapist should collaborate closely with the general practitioner as well as with specialist figures such as pediatrician, neurosurgeon and orthopedist.
I would like together with you colleagues to deepen both didactically and with explanatory videos these issues that should be the basis of the profession of every therapist.

DIAGNOSI DIFFERENZIALE OSTEOPATICA
Qualche anno fa il mio amico Neurochirurgo dott. Edvin Zekaj mi disse: “Ogni terapista dovrebbe prima non cercare di nuocere al paziente e poi cercare di aiutarlo a risolvere il suo problema”.
Sono convinto che ogni terapista dovrebbe collaborare a stretto contatto con il medico di base nonché con figure specialistiche come pediatra, neurochirurgo e ortopedico.
Mi piacerebbe insieme a voi colleghi approfondire sia didatticamente che con video esplicativi questi temi che dovrebbero essere alla base della professione di ogni terapista.
